※ Payment Procedures ※

1. Payment can be made through these specified banks (EON/CIMB) or cash-on-delivery for customers on Penang Island. Our bank account number will be disclosed after placement of order.

2. Payment must be made within 2 working days after confirmation of orders. If payment is overdue, we will make the ordered stocks available to the next potential buyer.

3. Please keep us posted on the details of payment (date, time, amount, which bank).

4. Please include your details - name, contact number, email address, posting address, and number of items in the order list. Total amount of payment will be confirmed after we have received the order list.

5. We will send out the ready stock items within 3 working days after confirmation. (We will let you know if we are not able to send the stocks within 3 days.) Pre-order items will be sent according to batches.

6. Items will be sent using Pos Ekspress (below 1kg) or Skynet courier service. (Send out items today, you will receive it the next day - except for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). *Unless customers state their own preferred delivery method.*

7. Shipment will be carefully checked before being sent.

8. Postage is charged depending on the weight of the items. (Usually below RM10, within Malaysia.) Free cash-on-delivery for customers on Penang Island.

9. Any delay or changes in orders will be conveyed to our customers as soon as possible.

10. Goods sold and used are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
